Raman Singh to inaugurate six Navoday Schools in village Dudhli of Balod
district on July 14

Central Government has accepted the request of Chief Minister Dr
Raman Singh and sanctioned opening of new navoday schools in 11 districts of Chhattisgarh.
These Navoday Schools will be opened in Balod, Narayanpur, Bemetara, Mungeli,
Sarguja (Ambikapur), Balrampur, Bijapur, Sukma, Kondagaon, Gariaband and Baloda
Bazar. Including this, there will be total 28 navoday schools in all 27
districts of the state. Chief Minsiter Dr Raman Singh has thanked Prime
Minister Mr. Narendra Modi and Union Minister Human Resource Minister Mr.
Prakash Jawdekar for the approval. Second Navoday School has been approved in
Sukma district. It is noteworthy that Dr Raman Singh will formally inaugurate
navoday schools of six districts in a programme to be organized in village
Dudhli of Balod district (Daundilohara block) of July 14 Friday. These schools
will be established in Balod, Narayanpur, Bemetara, Mungeli, Sarguja and
Balrampur districts. Local officers of navoday school organization informed
today that the entrance exam for newly-approved navoday schools has already
been held in the month of January this year and process of admission will be
commenced soon. Each approved navoday school will have 40-80 seats as per the
availability of space. Students of 6th standard will be given admission in
these schools.
