resident 70-year-old Mrs. Sonkunwar Sachdev today met Chief Minister Dr
Raman Singh during Jandarshan and expressed her desire to go on
pilgrimage. Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh patiently listened to her and
directed Collector Raipur to add Mrs. Sachdev's name for pilgrimage
under mukhyamantri teerthyatra scheme and benefit her under the same.
Mrs. Sachdev was overwhelmed to see Dr Singh's quick response to make
her dream come true. She told Dr Singh that since years she had this
desire to go on pilgrimage but owing to her weak financial condition,
she couldn't go. She often used to dream about going to pilgrimage spots
like Lakshman Jhula, Rishikesh etc.
