There is an increasing awareness among
the farmers regarding the organic fertilizers in the entire State. This
includes P.S.B., Raijobium and Ejectovector. About 20 lakh seven
thousand packets of organic fertilizers had been sold during the last
Kharif season. During the current Kharif season about about six lakh
packets had been distributed to the farmers.
Agriculture Minister Mr. Brijmohan
Agrawal said that the target is to distribute 21 lakh 15 thousand
packets of P.S.B., Raijobion and Ejectovector during the current Kharif
season. Fourteen lakh 71 thousand packets had been stored in the State.
The agriculture scientists had advised the farmers to adopt organic
fertilizer . They said that P.S.B. can be used for all sorts of crops.
The organic fertilizers strengthen the roots of crops resulting to
higher output.
