Under Chief Minister Skill Development Scheme, 117 Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) have been registered as Vocational Training Provider (VTPs) for providing training to selected beneficiaries under skill development scheme. Infrastructure of these institutes is being utilized through short-term Modular Employable Skills (MES) courses related to a partular sector for developing skills of youngsters. As per the given guidelines of skill development schemes, various departments shortlist interest youngsters and provide skill development training through various of ITIs in state. These institutes also provide counseling services to the beneficiaries.
