Public Works Department Minister Mr. Rajesh Munat on Monday laid foundation
stone of electric sub-station at Nagar Panchayat Piparia in Kabhirdham
(Kawardha) district. He was participating in State-wide 'Lok Suraaj' campaign.
About one thousand 450 consumers will benefit after the completion of 33/ 11
k.v. sub-station. The low-voltage and supply of electricity problem will be
resolved . Apart from this wires up to a distance of nine kilometer will be
replaced for better transmission. An
amount of Rs One crore 28 lakh had been sanctioned for the construction of
Piparia Electric sub-station under the Integrated Electric Development Project.
Minister Mr. Munat
also participated in Special Samaadhan camp at Piparia. He added that the State
Government had been solving the citizens complaints on a priority basis in
campaigns. About 500 families will be allocated houses under the Prime Minister
Housing Project. Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Motiram Chandrawanshi , Kawardha
MLA Mr. Ashok Sahu and large number of citizens participated in the meeting.
