The State Government released 81 thousand 516 quintal Iodized salt to
the fair price shops to be distributed to the ration card holders in the
month of June. The Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection
Department officials said that the salt had been distributed to all the
27 districts. The distribution order mentions that Bilaspur district was
allocated six thousand 410 quintal, Janjgir-Champa district four
thousand 500 quintal, Korba district four thousand 844 quintal, Mungeli
district one thousand 913 quintal, Raigarh district five thousand 354
quintal, Balod district one thousand 889 quintal, Bemetara district
one thousand 934 quintal, Durg district tow thousand 959 quintal,
Kabirdham district tow thousand 195 quintal, Rajnandgaon district
three thousand 549 quintal, Balodabazar- Batapara district three
thousand 224 quintal, Dhamtari district two thousand 050 quintal,
Gariyabandh district two thousand 615 quintal, Mahasamund district two
thousand 867 quintal, Raipur district three thousand 254 quintal,
Balrampur-Ramanujganj district three thousand 355 quintal, Jashpur
district three thousand 909 quintal, Korea district two thousand 840
quintal, Surguja district four thousand 379 quintal, Surajpur district
three thousand 843 quintal, Bastar district three thousand 615 quintal,
