The State Government had instructed the patwaris to be present at the head-quarter of their Gram Panchayats on Monday-Tuesday. The Revenue Department has implemented the order of Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh immediately. The patwaris will be present from 10 :30 am to 5 : 30 pm on both the days attending to the issues relating to the masses regarding the Revenue Department.
It may be mentioned here that Dr. Raman Singh received innumerable complaints regarding the absence of patwaris at Gram Panchayat headquarter and the farmers are finding it difficult to obtain documents. In a review meeting of the Revenue Department in the capital on 09 May Chief Minister passed orders stating that patwaris should be present at the headquarter.
