The State Government Commercial Taxes Department had launched the inclusion of names in the Goods and Services Taxes portal from 1 June and will last till 15 June. Businessmen can avail the opportunity of registering their names on the GST portal in the next 13 days . Those traders who have registered their names and whose Application Reference Number (ARN) had not been generated can generate their ARNs. There are several counters opened at the Commercial Taxes Department.
The Department officers said that to generate ARN it is mandatory to have Digital Signature Certificate / E-Sign verification. Those traders who do not register their names on GST portal will not be getting ITC on GST. The documents required for GST registration -VAT registration, Pan card, photograph, Bank account statement-passbook, Aadhar card with mobile number, E-mail account details, business location details, electricity bill, agreement deed, Digital Signature Certificate, provisional I.D.
