State Government has entrusted Officer of Indian Administrative Service
(IAS) Mr. Rajesh Sukumar Toppo, Director Public Relations and CEO
Chhattisgarh Samwad, with the independent charge of Joint Secretary
Public Relations, in addition to his existing responsibilities. General
Administration Department (GAD) has issued orders in the context from
Secretariat (Mahanadi Bhavan).
