Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh today met Utkal Ekta Jankalyan Sanstha Raipur president Mr. Rajesh Besra at his weekly 'Jan-Darshan' at his official residence. Mr. Besra said today is his birthday. Mr. Besra said he wanted to donate Rs 10, 900 towards the Chief Minister's Relief Fund. He presented a cheque of the amount to Dr. Raman Singh. Chief Minister wished him on his birthday. He appreciated Mr. Besra's feelings towards the fellow human beings on his birthday. He said that on three previous birthdays also he had donated the amount to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
