Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh today met newly-appointed Joint Secretary (Independent Charge) and Director of Public Relations Department Mr. Rajesh Sukumar Toppo at his official residence. Chief Minister congratulated Mr. Toppo on his new appointment and wished him a bright future. It may be mentioned here that the State administration in an order released at Mantralaya (Mahanadi Bhawan) mentioned that apart from his duties he is performing at present he has been assigned additional charge of Joint Secretary Public Relations Department (Independent charge).
