Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh today held met and held deliberations with Turkey's Consulate General (Hyderabad) Mr. Aadra Yultass at his official residence. Dr. Raman Singh agreed to boost business and trade relations between Chhattisgarh and Turkey ties and conduct a workshop of Turley Business organizations here. Dr. Raman Singh recalled thousands of years of trade and cultural ties with Turkey. Mr. Yultass said the visit of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to Turkey had deepened the ties between the two ancient nations. He displayed keen interest in food processing, tourism and construction. Chief Minister welcomed the proposals for investment.
Dr. Raman Singh said that there is a lot of investment potential in construction in Naya Raipur. He gave a detailed account of various opportunities for investment in the State. Chief Minister called upon Turkey Consulate General to send business delegations to explore various proposals for investment. Dr. Raman Singh said Turkey had been facing violence unleashed by terrorists similarly Chhattisgarh had been countering Left-wing Extremists' violence. In spite of many a challenge Chhattisgarh is among the top developed States in the entire nation. Industry Department Additional Chief secretary Mr. N. Baijendra Kumar Public Relations Department Director Mr. Rajesh Kumar Toppo, Joint Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Mukesh Bansal were also present. Hyderabad-based Consulate General is on a four-day tour to Raipur.
