Large number of common citizens, delegations meet Chief Minister : Dr. Raman Singh instructs officials to solve grievances instantly

Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh today met a large number of common citizens, workers, delegations, farmers and women from various parts of State in his weekly 'Jan-Darshan' programme. Dr. Raman Singh listened to the complaints patiently and instructed the concerned department officials to redress the grievances as early as possible.
A delegation of workers from village Kumdeva Janpad Udaipur district Surguja in a memorandum mentioned that wages for the work done on the irrigation dam had not been paid by the Water Resources Department till now.  Dr. Raman Singh ordered the Surguja District Collector to resolve the payments' dispute as early as possible. The candidates who are appearing for the competitive examinations of the U.P.S.C. and residing at the Tribal Youth Hostel New Delhi requested the Chief Minister to provide additional accommodation for the students. Dr. Raman Singh instructed the Scheduled Tribes' Development Department officials to arrange for extra hostel facilities in New Delhi.
A delegation led by Corporator Mr. Leeladhar Chadrakar in a memorandum to Dr. Raman Singh requested him to sanction a High School at Puraina. The students have Pre-Madhyamik School facility at present. Chief Minister directed the memorandum to the School Education Department to upgrade the school. A chronically ill patient from Sakti, Mr. Hajarilal Dewangan was sanctioned free medical facilities at the Raipur Government  hospital
