Ex-Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Backward Classes Commission Dr. Somnath Yadav paid courtesy call on Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh at his residence yesterday. On the occasion, Dr Singh released the picture story authored by Dr Yadav -'Veerangana Bilasa'. This picture story is based on the inspiring incidences and facts related to life of great persona from Bilaspur Bilasa Devi Kevtin. It is noteworthy that Bilaspur has been named after Bilasa Devi only. On the occasion Dr Yadav was accompanied by Dr Sudharak Bibe, Mr. Rajendra Maurya, Mr. Dineshwar Jhadav, and Mr. Mahesh Shrivas.
